The Realtors Association of Jamaica North Coast Chapter (RAJ-NCC)

 

The Realtors Association of Jamaica  is the voice for Real Estate in Jamaica. Within the Association the South Coast and North Coast Chapters are  networks of Realtors operating within the physical locations of  Westmoreland, St. Elizabeth, Manchester and Clarendon (South Coast Chapter) and St. Mary, St. Ann, Trelawny, St. James and Hanover (North Coast Chapter). The  objective of the Chapters is to inform the public and Realtors on up-to-date information relating to Real Estate business in Jamaica in particular their region.

 

The RAJ operates under a very rigid and strict Code of Ethics adopted from NAR. This Code establishes obligations on its members which may be higher than those mandated by Law in some jurisdictions. However, in instances where the Code of Ethics and the Law conflicts, the obligation of the Law must take precedence.

 

RAJ North Coast Chapter is where Realtors on the North Coast of Jamaica come together to discuss issues and make a difference as it relates to Real Estate business affecting members and their clients.
